If your G Polish order arrives damaged or incomplete and you notify us of the problem within 10 business days after the receipt of your order, we'll promptly replace the defective product or provide the missing product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
