SHIPPING

Orders usually ship out 3-5 days after the order is received. If you have questions about your order, please email info@gnailpolish.com

Unfortunately, due to restrictions, our nail polish cannot be shipped to non-US locations or outside the continental 48 states (meaning, they cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories such as Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses). 

We only ship our nail polish domestically within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories). 

The good news is- all of our nail accessories/tools and our Reusable Press-On Nails are able to be shipped internationally :)

WHY IS 9-FREE NAIL POLISH IMPORTANT?

Many people use beauty products on a daily basis as part of their selfcare routine. However, in recent years we have realized that what we put on our bodies can affect what occurs in our bodies.

Many nail polish ingredients have been classified as carcinogens, which can cause damage to the nervous system, reproduction and development, and cause allergic reactions and breathing issues.

At G Polish, we believe in creating a higher standard for nail care. While most nail polish brands are 5 or 7-free, G Polish is 9-free, which means it is also free from ALL the top 9 toxins found in most nail polishes. Our polish is safe for everyone, including children and pregnant women.


My order never arrived.
I just received my order and something was incorrect or damaged.

Can I return or get a refund on an item?

If your G Polish order arrives damaged or incomplete and you notify us of the problem within 10 business days after the receipt of your order, we'll promptly replace the defective product or provide the missing product. We also do not guarantee any delivery times.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only accept returns on unused polishes. Return request must be made to info@gnailpolish.com within 7 days of receiving the product(s). The customer will be responsible for shipping the return at their own cost. We'll refund through the original payment method.
