Refunds + Returns
Can I return or get a refund on an item?
If your G Polish order arrives damaged or incomplete and you notify us of the problem within 10 business days after the receipt of your order, we'll promptly replace the defective product or provide the missing product. We also do not guarantee any delivery times.
Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to: G Polish, 5525 Canoga Ave, #302, Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, CA, 91367, United States You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We only accept returns on unused polishes. Return request must be made to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product(s). The customer will be responsible for shipping the return at their own cost.
All sales are final so we do not offer refunds on items, but can provide replacements.
